Description
A harbor management game focused on effectively maintaining an expanding cargo area. Players build cargo cranes, container depots, and manage logistics and traffic, all with the goal of creating the most efficient cargo handling system. We helped the client build the prototype, bringing their vision to life in a tangible form.

Collaboration Process
Client Needs
The client sought assistance in finding a suitable art style that aligned with the game’s technical setup. They required a style with minimal to no texture use, light shaders, and easy implementation, ensuring clarity and readability regardless of how complex the harbor became.
Our Solution
We led the client through a concise visual-development phase, guiding them with clear, easy-to-understand steps. From early style boards to final direction, we implemented the art style directly into a 3D diorama built in Unity, and helped them build the prototype.
The Result
In under six weeks, we successfully guided the client through our visual-development process, producing a polished proof of concept. The resulting diorama showcased the art style in its final form, providing the client with a clear visual reference to carry forward into production and investor presentations.
